Private office experience

I signed up for a Private Office for my small team. The online inquiry was simple, and a rep got back to me within a day to discuss options. Setting up the lease agreement took a bit longer than I expected, maybe 4-5 business days to finalize everything, but the support staff were responsive to my questions via email. On moving in, the office was clean and well-equipped with the basics. The internet speed is reliable, which is crucial for us. We had a minor issue with the printer not connecting to our laptops initially, but IT support fixed it within an hour of us reporting it. Overall, it's a solid, professional setup, and the amenities like phone booths and kitchen access are really useful. The cost is a bit high, but the flexibility and included services make it justifiable.

Good value, easy booking

I was looking for a flexible workspace without a huge commitment and tried a Hot Desk membership. I found a new member discount that saved me about 15% for the first three months, which made it a good deal. The booking process online was straightforward. For the price I paid, having access to a professional environment and good internet was certainly worth it for my budget. I'll likely renew.

All Access is amazing

I got the All Access membership and it's been great! The space is always clean and I love the different locations. It's so convenient to pop into any WeWork when I'm out. I'm definitely going to keep this membership and tell all my freelancer friends about it. So glad I found this!

Thinking about getting an All Access pass for a month or two. Is it worth it for someone who just needs a quiet spot to work a few times a week? Or should I just stick to coffee shops?

A Ashley B. 1 week ago
Honestly, for just a few times a week, On Demand might be better. You just pay for the days you use it and don't get locked into a monthly thing.

Yeah, I had All Access for a while and loved the flexibility to hop between locations. But if you only need it occasionally, On Demand is probably more cost-effective. Plus, the internet is way better than any coffee shop, and you get actual meeting rooms if you need them.

How does WeWork compare to Regus? I'm looking for a private office for my small team, and I've seen both options. Any thoughts on which one is better?

A Ashley Parker 5 days ago
WeWork tends to have a more modern, 'startup' vibe, if that makes sense. Regus always felt a bit more corporate to me. WeWork's amenities are generally better too, like the common areas and kitchens.

I've used both. WeWork generally has better internet and a livelier atmosphere. Regus can be good for just a quiet, no-frills office. For a small team looking for a bit more community and perks, WeWork probably wins. But prices can vary a lot, so definitely compare for your specific needs.

Hey, I saw some deals floating around, like a first month free thing. Are those actually legit, or is it just for like, super specific plans?

J Josh Sanchez 1 month ago
I got a month free on my All Access when I signed up last year, but it was for an annual commitment. Pretty sure they have different promos for new members though.

Yeah, they often have new member deals. Usually, you need a promo code or a referral link. Just make sure to read the fine print, sometimes it's for specific types of memberships like All Access or On Demand, not always private offices.

Anyone know how the whole referral thing works for WeWork? Like, if I get a friend to sign up, do we both get something, or just one of us?

H Hannah P. 1 month ago
I think both of you get a bonus. My friend referred me, and we both got a credit or something. Not totally sure on the exact amount though, it was a while ago.

From what I remember, the referrer gets a reward, and the new member gets a discount or a free month, depending on the current promotion. You usually get a unique link to share.

Is it easy to cancel a membership? Like, if I sign up for a few months and then my work situation changes, am I gonna be stuck in a contract forever?

J Jason W. 3 weeks ago
Nah, canceling is pretty straightforward. I canceled my monthly one without any issues, just had to give proper notice.

I think for month-to-month, you just give 30 days notice or whatever their policy is. If you sign up for an annual plan, it might be a bit different, but they're usually pretty flexible about changing locations if you need to.
